You may be surprised but, video game tester jobs are probably not quite what you expect if you are not in the gaming industry. Having a tester job is not really all just fun and games. Being a Game Tester is not easy, not at all. There are times that testing video games can be quite boring. You really need to figure out the type of job you want before you dedicate you life to the work. Part of video game testing includes writing lengthy reports on how to duplicate bugs that you find. Sometimes it can take quite alot of time to describe a single bug accurately.

The gaming industry can be quite hard to break into. But being a Game Tester can be a great way to get your foot in the door. By testing video games you can get a feel of how the gamingindustry works and what you will need to do in the future to get a better job.
