I love the idea of sending Ecards. How simple yet effective.

Here’s another idea about keeping the marriage alive: When the wedding is over the couple is not finished with their vows.

They keep reading them over and over and over again. That way they become the operating system of each partner and the marriage.

Here’s are a few suggestions on how to do that:

1. Each partner reads their vows by themselves every night before going to bed. They read them together at least twice a month. This opens up conversation around the vows and their experiences.

2. The couple reads their vows together every night. That way they ’sleep on them.’

3. The couple reads their vows together every morning. That way they start their day by ’stepping out on the right foot.’
