Hot Breakfast During The Rainy Season

It’s rainy season again so I find it really hard to wake up and do all my morning stuff. It’s hard to break a sweat either even if I clean around the house it’s just too cold maybe my pores have been closed. Because of the sudden drop of temperature this season sometimes i get tempted to go back to bed and sleep for hours like a hibernating animal during winter season.
I usually wake up as early as 5 or 6am during the weekends, pick my Sunglasses and take a short walk is already a good start of exercise for me but not enough to warm my body up from the early morning breeze. I live in a village near a beach so it would be cold every morning.
I put on my sneakers and hooded jacket after stretching and start walking until I reach the nearest bakeshop outside our village. I normally buy hot bread and a hot coffee for breakfast every morning but during this season where it rains consecutively buying a hot soup or a steaming hot noodles that would fog up a Reading Glasses is the best breakfast to warm my body during the cold season. When my body is all warmed up I start jogging for a a few minutes until I break enough sweat then go back home and do the early morning drills; a hundred sit-ups and a hundred push-ups and other variation of exercise and workouts plus other strenuous stretching to maintain a good and healthy body.
Aside from the morning drills I still have to work on punching and kicking drills that also includes my ground drills to complete my workout for the day or else my coach’s Large Reading Glasses will fog up from dissapointment. As a fighter I have to condition myself to in two grounds or two phases of a fight that is the stand-up and the ground. And always remember to master each phase in order to win. we didn’t come for the money but the joy of doing it. Though it’s quite painful to get hit but what makes it’s so enjoyable is to see victory using the art we have created or formulated out of the experiences we have gained like a scientist solving a mathematical problem using his own solution or an investigator solving a mysterious crime scene. It’s the challenge we wish to take, the most difficult problem we would like to solve and be the best out of what we do.
