However, the preferred method of payment by most is eBay’s PayPal service. This allows individuals to pay either by credit or debit, or by electronic check. The money is deposited into the seller’s “account”, and it can either be used to pay for eBay fees and other merchandise, or a PayPal debit card can be issued so that the money can be used anywhere that major credit cards are accepted.

The eBay auction site is a great place for people to interact, as long as purchasers are willing to wait for the items to ship to them. Great discounts can be found, and many collectibles, antiques, and hard to find items are also available on eBay. It can also be a great source of income for sellers, supplementing a regular career or even becoming a career itself.
